Refund policy
At My Head To Yours, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made just for you. Since all items are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we are happy to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with a printing issue, defect, or damage, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To process your claim efficiently, provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant photos of the product and any packaging damage
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing guides before placing your order.
